Through Zen Tai Chi, I’ve learned to find the sweet spot just beyond my comfort zone—a place where the mind feels challenged, but the body can move freely without strain. It’s about listening deeply to the body’s natural state, free from bias or distraction, and being fully present with the experience.

This is the essence of Zen Tai Chi for me: moving with sincerity and balance.
