Leadership for creativity and efficiency

Last week we held a workshop with our leadership team at work. Grandmaster Choi had us for leadership training geared toward enhancing creativity and efficiency. Doing this with my team members was gratifying. Considering how much of my day, weeks, and hours are spent with my team members it was a pretty important interaction to have altogether with all of us there. I felt gratitude and abundance to be part of the team. I felt whole in planning for successful interactions with each other and with those we serve. The grandmaster asked us to carry out a simple exercise every morning moving forward. At first I felt I needed to prepare mentally before completing the morning routine. It’s been 10 days and I’m impressed that I’m actually doing it often throughout the day, rather than just in the morning, now. It’s become natural and I’m enjoying it. I’m noticing a fun interaction that’s becoming cultivated between me and myself as a result. I’m confirming my commitment to leadership, creativity, and efficiency every time I execute. He had warned us that it was a simple but powerful method and I am impressed with my results thus far. Please don’t take my word for it. Just do it yourself, if you can. Despite the rain outside I feel warm, dry and cared for. It’s a precious and achievable commodity.
