This class is for those looking to breathe with harmony throughout their day. By elongating and stretching you experience openness and tension release in mind and body. Guided meditation, yoga flow movements, and Zen exercises will align your thinking, emotions, and well-being to improved study skills, sleep efficiency and an accessible calmness when you need it. Gradually build your skills toward mindfulness and a strong mind-body synchronization with every class.
