Group Meditation

 A guided group meditation class

 

This class is for those looking to breathe with harmony throughout their day. By elongating and stretching you experience openness and tension release in mind and body. Guided mindfulness exercise and meditation, yoga flow movements, bowing, and Zen exercises will align your thinking, emotions, and well-being to improved mental health, focus, sleep efficiency and an accessible calmness when you need it. Gradually build your skills toward mindfulness and a strong mind-body synchronization with every class.

*Bring your own yoga mat, cushion, socks, and sincerity. 

*Reservations are required within 24 hours in order to participate and seating is limited.

*No late entry accepted. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time.

  1. Tuesdays/Thursdays (60 min 7:00pm – 8:00pm) / Saturdays (60 min 10:00am – 11:00 am)
  2. Fee: $30
  3. Class content: Multi-joint exercises for maximizing muscle strength, bowing, chanting, visualization, and guided meditation
